摘  要:根据现有文献建立假设模型,以上海市319家高新技术企业为样本进行问卷调查,以回收数据为基础采用结构方程模型对假设模型进行评估,旨在了解市场情报和技术情报与关系资本的关系。结果发现,市场情报和技术情报对关系资本不仅具有直接作用,也具有交互作用,关系资本正向影响创新绩效,且技术不确定性对二者关系具有调节作用。A hypothesis model was established based on existing literature,and a questionnaire survey was conducted with 319 high-tech enterprises in Shanghai.Based on the collected data,a structural equation model was used to evaluate the hypothesis model,aiming to understand the relationship between market intelligence,technology intelligence and relational capital.The results showed that market intelligence and technology intelligence have not only direct but also interactive effects on relational capital,and relational capital positively affects innovation performance and technological uncertainty has a moderating effect on the relationship between the two.
