摘  要:以锅炉实时运行数据为基础,建立锅炉受热面在线热力计算模型,以受热面出口温度计算值和实际测点数据的差值作为迭代终止条件,实时得到锅炉过热器进出口烟气温度和工质温度。通过分段计算方法,分别计算受热面管的各段蒸汽温度和金属壁温。选取每段进出口平均金属壁温作为氧化层生长计算温度,设定计算周期为2 min,计算得到屏式过热器氧化层厚度的增量和累计值,计算结果与实际测量值基本一致,实现了锅炉受热面氧化层厚度的在线监测。An online thermodynamic calculation model of the boiler heating surface was established based on the real-time operation data of the boiler.The difference between the calculated temperature of the outlet of heating surface and the measured value of actual point was taken as iteration termination condition,so as to obtain the flue gas and working fluid temperature of boiler superheater inlet and outlet.The steam temperature and metal wall temperature of each section of the heating surface tube were calculated by segmentation calculation method.The average metal wall temperature of each section was selected as the calculated temperature for oxide layer growth,and the calculation period was set to 2 min.The incremental and cumulative values of the oxide layer thickness of the platen superheater were calculated.The calculated results are in good agreement with the actual measurements,and the online monitoring of the thickness of oxide layer on the heating surface of boiler is realized.
