摘 要:目的对山东省泰安市一起食源性疾病暴发事件进行现场调查及病原学分析,为预防和控制此类事件提供依据。方法采采用现场流行病学方法,对山东省泰安市某学校一起食源性疾病暴发事件进行调查,采集有关样品进行病原的分离及鉴定,对分离菌株进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析。结果共搜索到病例64例,其中学生57例,教职工7例。学生罹患率为8.05%(57/708),教职工罹患率为11.67%(7/60)。临床症状病例以发热(57例,占89.06%)、腹泻(44例,占68.75%)为主要症状。男性23例,罹患率为6.63%(23/347);女性41例,罹患率为9.74%(41/421)。在采集的样品中有7例患者的大便、3例患者的肛拭子和早餐黄瓜木耳炒鸡蛋中检出肠炎沙门菌。PFCE分子分型结果显示11株肠炎沙门菌的DNA条带图谱完全一致,属同一克隆株。结论综合流行病学调查、实验室病原学检测及分子分型,证实本起事件是一起由肠炎沙门菌引起的食源性疾病暴发。Objective This paper aims to investigate and analyze an outbreak of foodborne disease in Tai'an city,Shandong Province,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of similar incidents.Methods Field epidemiology methods were used to investigate the foodborne disease outbreak in a school in Tai'an City,the samples were collected for pathogen isolation and identification,and the isolates were analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results A total of 64 cases were found in this incident,including 57 students and 7 faculty members.The incidence rate was 8.05%(57/708)in students and 11.67%(7/60)in faculty.Fever(57 cases,89.06%)and diarrhea(44 cases,68.75%)were the main clinical symptoms.There were 23 males(6.63%,23/347)and 41 females(9.74%,41/421).Salmonella enteritidis was detected in samples of 7 patients'stools,anal swabs from 3 patients and the breakfast fried egg with cucumber.PFGE analysis showed the DNA band patterns of 11 strains of Salmonella enteritidis are completely consistent and belong to the same clonal strain.Conclusion The results of epidemiological investigation,laboratory etiological detection,and molecular typing confirm that this incident was an outbreak of foodborne disease caused by Salmonella enteritidis.
