摘  要:营建山牡荆采穗圃,剪取穗条扦插,大量扩繁无性系苗木,是突破其良种优苗规模化快繁的主要技术途径。对山牡荆的采穗圃开展母株不同高度控制和施肥关键技术试验,结果表明,通过合理截顶控制母株高度和合理施肥关键技术措施,能有效改善和提高采穗圃的穗条质量和产量,可满足工厂化快繁的需求。以母株截顶高度控制在40~50 cm最优,定植后当年秋末,每株可采有效扦插穗条9~11条,第2年春季可产有效穗条达22~24条。采穗后每次每株施100 g氮磷钾复合肥和50 g磷酸二铵,每次每株可产有效穗条达15条,1a可产有效穗条30条以上。The main technical way to break through the large-scale and rapid propagation of improved varieties and seedlings was to build a scion nursery of Vitex quinata cut cuttings and multiply a large number of colonel seedlings.Experiments on the key techniques of controlling the height of the mother plant and fertilizing in the scion nursery of V.quinata were carried out.The results showed that,through the key technical measures of rational top cutting,controlling the height of the mother plant and rational fertilization,the ear quality and yield of ear nursery can be effectively improved and improved,which can meet the requirements of industrialized rapid propagation.It is best to control the cutting height of the mother plant at 40~50 cm.After planting,there were 9~11 effective cuttings per plant at the end of autumn,and in the spring of the second year,effective panicles can be produced up to 22~24.After ear picking,apply 100 g NPK compound fertilizer and 50 g diammonium phosphate to each plant every time,each plant can produce up to 15 effective panicles at once,cut ear strips twice a year,and more than 30 effective panicles can be produced in one year.
