摘　　要：危房改造作为脱贫攻坚及农村人居环境建设的关键环节,受到区位条件、资源禀赋及施工工况的综合影响。本文结合济南实际,建立了农村危旧房居住质量评价指标体系,通过层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,探明了已改危房人居环境质量的综合状况,并对其后续综合优化提升提出了策略性建议。As a key part of poverty alleviation and rural living environment construction,the renovation of dilapidated houses is comprehensively affected by various conditions,such as location conditions,resource endowment and construction conditions.This paper establishes an index system for evaluating the living quality of rural dilapidated houses,explores the comprehensive condition of the habitat quality of renovated dilapidated houses through AHP hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and puts forward strategic suggestions for its subsequent comprehensive optimization and improvement by taking into account the actual situation in Jinan.
