摘　　要：在城市老龄化背景下,关注老年人宜居环境和城市更新问题,以西安老城区建国门老菜场为研究范围进行适老化更新设计研究。通过场地分析和人群调研,掌握老城区街区空间适老化需求,进而从空间处理、功能优化和适老设施几个方面进行适老化更新设计,以期对西安老城区适老化更新有积极作用,为老年宜居环境和城市更新建设提供借鉴参考。Under the background of urban aging,the paper pays attention to the livable environment of the elderly and urban renewal.Taking Jianguomen Old Food Market in the old city of Xi’an as the research scope,the paper studies the aging renewal design.Through site analysis and crowd investigation,the paper grasps the aging demand of the block space in the old city,and then conducts aging renewal design from the aspects of space treatment,function optimization and aging facilities,so as to play a role in the aging renewal of the old city of Xi’an and to provide a reference for the livable environment of the elderly for the urban renewal construction.
