摘 要:文章结合工程实例,从静态投资回收角度分析了冰蓄冷空调系统在大型商业建筑中的可实施性,通过与常规空调系统的对比可以发现,虽然冰蓄冷空调系统初期投资要高出常规空调系统30%左右,但通过谷电时蓄冰、峰电时融冰的策略,充分发挥冰蓄冷空调系统移峰填谷的优势,大幅度降低了空调系统的运营费用(每年节省电费支出约72.6万元),静态投资回收期为4.4年。冰蓄冷空调系统能够有效减少运营管理单位的运营支出,尤其对峰谷电价比值大的地区有较高的适用性。Combined with an engineering example,from the perspective of static investment recovery,the feasibility of applying ice storage air conditioning system in a large commercial building is analyzed.Through comparison with conventional air conditioning system,it can be found that compared with the conventional air conditioning system,the ice storage air conditioning system increases initial investment by about 30%.By storing the cold energy during the low period of electricity use and releasing the cold energy during the daytime peak electricity consumption,the ice storage air conditioning system fully gives play to the advantage of shifting peak to fill valley.At the same time,the ice storage air conditioning system greatly reduce the operation cost(the annual electricity cost saved is about¥726,000).The static investment payback period is 4.4 years.The ice storage air conditioning system can effectively reduce the operating expenses of the management units,especially in the areas with high peak valley electricity price ratio.
