摘 要:【目的】为保障近距离煤层群下伏煤层采掘期间的生产安全,有效解决强补给含水层下上覆煤层采空区积水带来的安全隐患。【方法】以呼吉尔特门克庆煤矿为例,通过工作面开采覆岩的“横三区、竖三带”的分区以及采空区垮落顶板“正-倒置三角形”等理论,对采空区垮落形态进行进一步的分析。【结果】通过论文研究建立采空区积水分布“横二纵三”概念,从全局上细化采空区积水分布特征,并利用上覆煤层回采期间测定的底板标高数据,构架工作面采后高精度采空水流场图。【结论】该研究成果相较于早期的采空水防治路线,更加深入全面地分析了近水平煤层上覆煤层采空区积水赋存形态,圈定了靶向探放区域,提出了因煤层采后顶板垮落所形成的压实隔水区和煤柱支撑垮落不充分区域采空水害的探疏方法,采空水疏放更加彻底,成功应用于门克庆煤矿3107工作面上覆的2201采空区积水疏放工程,保障了工作面的安全回采。[Purposes]This study aims to ensure the production safety during the mining period of the underlying coal seam under coal seam group in the close distance,and to effectively solve the potential safety hazard caused by the water accumulation in the goaf of the overlying coal seam under the strong recharge aquifer.[Methods]Taking Hujirte Menkeqing Coal Mine as an example,through the division of'horizontal three zones and vertical three zones'of overlying rock in working face mining and the theory of'positive-inverted triangle'of caving roof in goaf,the caving form of goaf is further analyzed.[Findings]Through the'horizontal two vertical three'concept established by this study,the distribution characteristics of goaf water are refined from the whole situation.And by using the floor elevation data measured during the mining of the overlying coal seam,the high-precision goaf water flow field diagram of the working face after mining is constructed.[Conclusions]The research results intersection in the early goout water control route,a more comprehensive analysis of the nearly level coal seam cover coal goaf water occurrence form,delineated the targeted exploration area,proposed by coal seam mining roof collapse of compaction trap and the pillar support collapse inadequate area water exploration method,goout water drain more thoroughly,successfully applied in coal mine 3107 working surface covering 2201 goaf water drainage engineering,ensure the safety of the working face of mining.water-resisting area formed by the collapse of roof after coal seam mining and the insufficient collapse area of coal pillar support.The goaf water drainage is more thorough,which has been successfully applied to the 2201 goaf water drainage project overlying the 3107 working face of Menkeqing Coal Mine,which ensures the safe mining of the working face。
