摘　　要：传统村落城子古村实施乡村振兴战略的关键一环是在文化传承和保护的前提下进行旅游价值开发利用。文章正视当前城子古村保护和传承意识的薄弱、旅游建设中彝族文化流失、旅游开发模式单一、发展与保护矛盾凸显、旅游设施配套不完善、村落空心化严重等困境,依据传统村落文化内涵,针对性地找寻传统村落在发展旅游经济的同时,又能遵循传统村落的文化体系的传统村落振兴策略:参与式旅游开发,增强传承保护意识;彝族村落文化留存,旅游发展与文化推广并重;彝族聚落脉络延续,规划建设保留与创新;三位一体协调发展,提升政策管理力度。The key for the traditional village Chengzi Ancient Village to implement the rural revitalization strategy is to develop and utilize tourism value on the premise of cultural inheritance and protection.In view of the development dilemmas of Chengzi Ancient Village,such as the weak awareness of protection and inheritance,the loss of Yi culture in tourism construction,the single tourism development mode,the prominent contradiction between development and protection,the imperfect tourism facilities,and the serious hollowing-out of the village,etc.,according to the cultural connotation of traditional village,the paper explores the revitalization strategies for traditional village that can both develop tourism economy and follow the cultural system of traditional village.It includes participatory tourism development,and enhancing the awareness of inheritance and protection;Yi village culture retention,and paying attention to both tourism development and cultural promotion;Yi settlement context continuity,and planning,construction retention and innovation;coordinated development and enhanced policy management.
