摘　　要：黄元御的核心理论思想为“一气周流,土枢四象”,中土健运,周身气血运行和畅,百病不生。从“一气周流”角度出发探讨功能性消化不良伴情志异常,认为中虚不运,升降气窒为发病的根本原因。中气为金木升降之轴,水火交济之枢,故中气虚滞则金木郁痹,中阳不足累及元阳则水寒不生,从而气血不和,情志失调。故健运中焦,扶阳抑阴需贯穿始终,并通过调肺理肝、温肾暖脾以助中焦斡旋、调畅情志。HUANG Yuanyu's core theoretical thought is"circular flow of Qi,the earth pivots the four images".The middle earth is healthy and Qi and blood around the body runs smoothly,all diseases will not occur.From the perspective of"circular flow of Qi",the functional dyspepsia with emotional anomalies is discussed,and it is believed that the root cause of the disease is the lack of transportation in the middle and the stifling of elevation and movement of Qi.The central Qi is the axis of ascending and descending of metal and wood,and the pivot of water and fire,so if the central Qi is weak and stagnant,then the metal and wood will be paralyzed,and if the central Yang is not enough to involve the Yuanyang,then the water and cold will not be generated,so Qi and blood will not be in harmony,and the emotions and moods will be out of order.Therefore,the healthy movement of the middle Jiao,supporting Yang and suppressing Yin need to run through the whole,and through regulating lung and liver as well as warming kidney and spleen in order to help the middle Jiao and regulate the mood.
