摘　　要：吴深涛教授抓住代谢紊乱在代谢性高血压(MHT)中的核心地位,提出代谢性高血压以浊毒内蕴为基本病机,气机升降失调贯穿全程,随内毒蓄损波及心、脑、肾诸脏。MHT遵循“高血压前期-高血压期-并发症期”的演化规律。高血压前期以血质浊化为特点,以脾胃升降失调为主,治以升清降浊;高血压期以血脉受损为特点,以浊毒内蕴血分为主,治以化浊解毒;并发症期以脏腑受损、络脉瘀滞为特点,以浊毒热毒相合为主,易夹痰瘀,治以化浊泻热、解毒通络。浊毒辨治体系丰富了代谢性高血压的诊疗思路,实践证明该方案能够有效控制症状,增强西药降压效果并稳定血压波动。Professor WU Shentao grasps the core position of metabolic disorders in metabolic hypertension,claiming that metabolic hypertension is caused by the accumulation of internal turbid toxins,with Qi movement disturbance running through the entire process.Toxins build up in the body,affecting heart,brain and kidney over time.The"prehypertension stage-hypertension stage-complication stage"method is used to diagnose and treat patients.The prehypertension stage is characterized by turbid blood,which is primarily caused by spleen-stomach ascending and descending disorders,and can be treated by raising clearness and lowering turbidity.The hypertension stage is characterized by blood vessel damage,which is primarily caused by the accumulation of turbidity toxins in blood,and can be treated by removing turbidity and detoxify;while the complication stage is characterized by Zang-Fu organs damage and collateral stasis.The pathogenesis is mostly caused by a mixture of turbid toxin and heat toxin,and tends to be complicated with phlegm and blood stasis.The goal of treatment is to purge heat,remove toxin and dredge collaterals.The internal toxicity syndrome differentiation and treatment approach has enriched metabolic hypertension diagnosis and treatment.The practice has shown that the treatment strategy can efficiently reduce symptoms,boost western medicine's antihypertensive efficacy and stabilize blood pressure fluctuations.
