中医外风证诊断标准的文献分析研究

摘　　要：目的通过对临床中正在应用的外风证诊断标准进行比较与分析,为外风证的临床研究提供依据。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,查找并筛选发表时间范围在1900年—2021年10月的外风证的临床研究文献,对其中提及外风证诊断标准的文献进行整理、归纳和分析。结果共检索到1042篇文献,通过阅读文章摘要及关键词,整理出符合纳入标准的文章有44篇,筛选出11个外风证的诊断标准,2008年《证素辨证学》、1997年《中医临床诊疗术语》、2016年《中医儿科学》等。外风证的证候组成共33个,分为风邪袭表、风客肌肤、风邪中络三组,诊断方式有叙述法、赋分法、主次症分级诊断法,《证素辨证学》被引25次,频数最高。结论本研究的外风证诊断标准各自具有优势及局限之处,综合比较,《中医临床诊疗术语》中的诊断标准更适用于现阶段外风证的研究。Objective To provide the basis for clinical research of external wind syndrome by comparing and analyzing the diagnosic criteria of exteral wind syndrome being used in clinic.Methods Searching CNKI,WanFang database and VIP database,searching and selecting the clinical research literatures of external wind syndrome published between 1900 and October 2021,sorting out,summarizing and analyzing the literatures mentioning the diagnostic criteria of external wind syndrome.Results A total of 1042 articles were retrieved,and 44 articles meeting the inclusion criteria were shorted out.By reading the abstract of the article,by reading the abstracts and keywords of the articles.11 diagnostic criteria of external wind syndrome were screened out,including syndrome element Differentiation in 2008 and Terms of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in 1997,and Pediatrics of Chinese medicine in 2016,etc.The external wind syndrome includes 33 syndromes,Which consist of three groups:the surface of wind evil attack,the skin of wind guest,and the middle collateral of wind evil.The diagnostic methods includ narrative method,assigning method,and grading diagnosis of primary and secondary symptoms.Syndrome element Differentiation was cited 25 times,with the highrst frequency.Conclusion At present,the most widely cited clinical diagnostic criteria for external wind syndrome is Syndrome Differentiiation in 2008,and other diagnostic criteria are also used in clinical practice.Due to the advantages and limitations of each diagnostic criteria,the ciation is limited.
