摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(Premature Ovarian Insufficiency,POI)是危害广大女性身心健康的内分泌疾病之一,近年来,POI的发病率呈现逐年增长的趋势,但其发病机制尚不清晰,现代医学以激素治疗为主,暂没有完整的治疗体系。通过查阅近五年的文献发现,从中医学的角度出发,POI的发生与肾、肝、脾紧密联系,从现代医学角度出发,POI的发生与遗传因素、自身免疫因素、医源性因素、先天性酶缺乏、环境因素、病毒感染等密切相关。文章从病因方面展开论述,以期对临床治疗提供指导。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is one of the endocrine diseases that endanger the physical and mental health of women.In recent years,the incidence of POI has been increasing year by year,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.Modern medicine mainly focuses on hormone therapy,and there is no complete treatment system.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the occurrence of POI is closely related to kidney,liver and spleen.From the perspective of modern medicine,the occurrence of POI is closely related to genetic factors,autoimmune factors,iatrogenic factors,congenital enzyme deficiency,environmental factors,viral infection and so on.This article discussed the etiology in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment.
