基于中医治未病思想谈恶性肿瘤癌前病变的防治

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是世界性公共卫生难题,其发病率、病死率高,严重威胁人们的生命和健康。文章回顾了历代中医医家的治未病思想,论述了平素养生、防病于先,防微杜渐、欲病救萌,已病早治、防其传变,病后调摄、防其复发等治未病的学术思想内涵。结合现代医学对恶性肿瘤癌前病变的认识,对一些常见癌前病变如肺结节病、慢性萎缩性胃炎、结直肠腺瘤等的辨证施治进行了总结归纳。Malignant tumors are worldwide public health problems with high morbidity and mortality,which seriously do harm to the public's life and health.This paper reviewed the preventive thinking of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners throughout history,discussed the academic connotation of the prevention of diseases,such as the concepts of keeping routine body maintenance to prevent diseases from occurring,preventing small problems from developing gradually,treating the diseases from the beginning,treating the diseases at early stage,preventing its metastasis and exacerbation,promoting rehabilitation by life style modulation,preventing the recurrence of diseases and so on.Combined with the modern medical understanding of precancerous lesions of malignant tumors,the treatment methods according to syndrome differentiation of some common precancerous lesions,such as pulmonary sarcoidosis,chronic atrophic gastritis,colorectal adenoma and so on were summarized.
