摘 要:目的优选参麻益智方最佳水提工艺。方法以溶剂倍数(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)为考察因素,以天麻素转移率、对羟基苯甲醇转移率、阿魏酸转移率和出膏率作为评价指标,多指标层次分析法(AHP)结合单因素试验和正交试验优化水提工艺。结果通过层次分析法确认各指标权重系数,通过综合评分优选出最佳水提工艺为加水提取3次,第1次10倍量水2 h,第2次8倍量水1 h,第3次8倍量水1 h。此工艺条件下的天麻素转移率为108.10%,对羟基苯甲醇转移率为39.12%,阿魏酸转移率为74.45%,出膏率为20.21%,综合评分97.68分。结论该工艺简单、稳定、提取率高,适用于工业化大生产,同时为参麻益智方的开发利用提供了试验依据。Objective To optimize water reflux extraction technology of Shenma Yizhi Decoction(参麻益智方).Methods Taking amount of water added,extraction time,and extraction times as the investigation factors,with the content of gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,ferulic acid and dry ointment yield rate as the observed index,orthogonal test and single factor test was designed to optimize the extraction technology of Shenma Yizhi Decoction combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results The weight coefficients of each indicator were confirmed through the AHP method,and the optimal water extraction process was selected through comprehensive evaluation,the optimum water extraction process was obtained by adding water for 3 times,10 times water for 2 h in the first time,8 times water for 1 h in the second time and 8 times water for 1 h in the third time.Under this condition,the transfer rate of gastrodin was 108.10%,the transfer rate of p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol was 39.12%,the transfer rate of ferulic acid was 74.45%,the extract rate was 20.21%,and the comprehensive score was 97.68 points.Conclusion The optimum aqueous extract protocol for Shenma Yizhi Decoction was established in this experiment which was simple,stable and productive,providing ev-idence for the development and utilization of the prescription.
