摘　　要：特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明的间质性肺疾病,以慢性、进行性、纤维化性为主要特点,其起病隐匿,缺乏有效的治疗手段。近年来,中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效受到广泛认可,但不同专家和学者对本病存在不同的认知,导致本病的辨证存在一定差异,进而影响本病的理论研究和临床治疗。2019年中华中医药学会内科分会、民族医药学会肺病分会和中华中医药学会肺系病分会联合发布了《特发性肺纤维化中医证候诊断标准(2019版)》,对特发性肺纤维化的辨证进行了规范。为了推进《特发性肺纤维化中医证候诊断标准(2019版)》的普及,作者将从分析权威文献及学术界中特发性肺纤维化的辨证差异性出发,归纳《特发性肺纤维化中医证候诊断标准(2019版)》的优势,探讨其推广策略,并从辨证的差异化中总结特发性肺纤维化的临床诊疗思路,进而提高其临床治疗效果。Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is an unexplained interstitial lung disease,which is characterized by chronic,progressive and fibrotic.Its onset is hidden and lacks effective treatment.In recent years,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has been widely recognized,but different experts and scholars have different perceptions of the disease,resulting in certain differences in the syndrome differentiation of the disease,which affects the theoretical research and clinical treatment of the disease.In 2019,the Internal Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Lung Disease Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Lung Disease Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly issued the Diagnostic Standard of TCM Syndromes of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(2019 Edition),which standardized the syndrome differentiation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.In order to promote the Popularization of the Diagnostic Standard of TCM Syndrome of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(2019),the author will analyze the dialectical differences of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in authoritative literature and academia,summarize the advantages of the Diagnostic Standard of TCM Syndrome of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(2019),explore its promotion strategy,and summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from the differentiation of syndrome,so as to improve its clinical treatment effect.
