肠道菌群在抑郁症发病机制及中医药治疗中研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁症发病率逐年攀升,目前病因仍未明确。肠道菌群在抑郁症发生发展中发挥重要作用,可以通过炎症反应、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴调节、单胺类神经递质调节、神经营养因子调节等多种途径参与抑郁症的发生发展,因此可以调节肠道菌群治疗抑郁症。中医药治疗抑郁症效果理想且优势明显,大量研究已经证实肠道菌群成为中医药作用于抑郁症的治疗靶点。该文总结近年抑郁症患者肠道菌群差异性改变,肠道菌群在抑郁症发病机制中的作用以及中医药调节肠道菌群抗抑郁治疗的相关研究,为抑郁症的防治以及中医药的研发提供参考。The incidence of depression is increasing year by year,and the cause is still unknown.Intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of depression,which can be involved in the occurrence and development of depression through inflammatory response,HPA axis regulation,monoamine neurotransmitter regulation,neurotrophic factor regulation and other ways.Therefore,intestinal flora can be regulated to treat depression.Traditional Chinese medicine has an ideal and obvious advantage in the treatment of depression.A large number of studies have confirmed that intestinal flora has become the therapeutic target of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression.In this paper,the differences of intestinal flora in patients with depression in recent years were summarized,as well as relevant studies on the role of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of depression and the regulation of intestinal flora by traditional Chinese medicine in antidepressant treatment,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of depression and the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
