摘  要:核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路作为脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)的中心环节,调控着CIRI过程中神经细胞的炎性反应并作为凋亡信号影响着CIRI的预后,而miRNA也是CIRI神经细胞凋亡信号中的重要调控因子。该文通过汇总NF-κB信号通路及microRNA(miRNA)介导的细胞凋亡机制发现两者有着相交、相似的调控模式,一些独特的NF-κB依赖性miRNA、miRNA激活性的NF-κB可能组成CIRI中独特的抗凋亡网络,发挥着巨大的抗神经细胞凋亡作用。针刺作为治疗CIRI的优选方法,不仅能够调控miRNA的合成转录,也能诱导调控NF-κB信号通路。我们猜测,针刺参与调控CIRI中神经细胞凋亡信号可能与miRNA、NF-κB的交互作用有关。遂该文以NF-κB、miRNA的抗凋亡机制为出发点,汇总了针刺调控相关信号的机制以及NF-κB、miRNA形成抗凋亡交互网络的研究进展,为研究针刺降低脑缺血再灌注损伤提供理论依据和新的研究方向。NF-κB signaling pathway,as the central link of CIRI,regulates the inflammatory response of neurons in the process of CIRI and affects the prognosis of CIRI as an apoptotic signal.MiRNA is also an important regulator of CIRI neuronal apoptosis signal.In this paper,by summarizing the NF-κB signal pathway and the mechanism of miRNA-mediated apoptosis,it is found that they have intersecting and similar regulation patterns.Some unique NF-κB-dependent miRNA and miRNA activation of NF-κB may form a unique anti-apoptotic network in CIRI and play a great role in anti-neuronal apoptosis.As the optimal method for the treatment of CIRI,acupuncture can not only regulate the synthesis and transcription of miRNA,but also induce the regulation of NF-κB signal pathway.We speculate that acupuncture is involved in the regulation of neuronal apoptosis signal in CIRI and may be related to the interaction of miRNA and NF-κB.Therefore,starting from the anti-apoptosis mechanism of NF-κB and miRNA,this paper summarizes the mechanism of acupuncture regulating related signals and the research progress of anti-apoptosis interactive network formed by NF-κB and miRNA,so as to provide theoretical basis and new research direction for acupuncture to reduce cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
