摘　　要：目的探究郑氏中医非手术治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎(风寒侵袭证)的疗效。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月于该院就诊的101例粘连性肩关节囊炎(风寒侵袭证)患者作为观察对象,使用区组随机化法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(51例)。对照组采用常规治疗(非甾体类抗炎药+电针),观察组给予郑氏中医疗法(特制中药制剂+电针)进行治疗,两组均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗14 d后中医证候积分、疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、肩关节活动能力(前屈上举、外展、外旋、后伸摸背)、肩关节功能(constant-murley肩关节功能评分)、血清炎性介质[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]的变化。结果治疗14 d后,两组患者中医证候积分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗14 d后,两组肩关节前屈上举、外展、外旋、后伸摸背活动范围、constant-murley肩关节功能评分均明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对粘连性肩关节囊炎患者,郑氏中医非手术疗法疗效确切,能有效改善患者疼痛情况,对于患者肩关节功能恢复有利。Objective To explore the efficacy of ZHENG's traditional Chinese medicine non-surgical therapy on adhesive capsulitis of shoulder(wind-cold invasion syndrome).Methods Totally 101 patients with adhesive capsulitis of shoulder(wind-cold invasion syndrome)treated in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(51 cases)by the block randomization.The control group was given conventional treatment(non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug+electroacupuncture),and the observation group was given ZHENG's traditional Chinese medicine therapy(special Chinese medicine preparation+electroacupuncture).Both groups were continuously treated for 14 days.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,pain status[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],shoulder activity ability(forward flexion and lifting,abduction,external rotation,back extension and touching),shoulder function(constant-murley joint function score)and serum inflammatory mediators[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 14 days of treatment.Results After 14 days of treatment,the scores of non-surgical traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,VAS score and levels of ESR and CRP in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores and levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The ranges of motions of of forward flexion and lifting,abduction,external rotation and back extension and touching of shoulder joint and constant-murley joint function score in the two groups were significantly enhanced after 14 days of treatment,and the above indicators in observation group were significantly higher compared with those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion ZHENG's traditional Chinese medicine therapy has an exact efficacy on patients with adhesive capsulitis of shoulder,and it can effectively improve the pain status of patients,and it is b
