摘　　要：藏药历史悠久,是中华传统医学的重要组成部分。相较于中药质量标准,藏药质量标准中存在基原不清、有效成分不明、专属性不强、安全性和质量控制研究薄弱等问题,在一定程度上制约了藏药的发展。藏茵陈作为“藏药八珍”之一,是藏药中具有代表性的治疗肝胆疾病的药物。该研究首先对藏茵陈的化学成分和药理作用进行系统总结;其次对比中药和藏药在基础理论、药性、配伍、制剂等特点的异同,以质量标志物的核心内容“五要素”为基础,提出符合藏药的质量标志物的研究方法;最后结合藏茵陈传统功效、传统药性、生源途径、传递与溯源与可测性等研究对藏茵陈质量标志物进行预测分析,将龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷、芒果苷、齐墩果酸作为藏茵陈的候选质量标志物。该文可为藏茵陈的质量评价及控制提供依据,并为质量标志物理论在藏药中的应用提供参考。Tibetan medicine has a long history and is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicine,there are many problems in the quality standards of Tibetan medicine,such as unclear basis principles,unclear effective components,weak specificity,weak research on safety and quality control,which to a certain extent restrict the development of Tibetan medicine.As one of the“eight treasures of Tibetan medicine”,Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii)is a representative drug in Tibetan medicine to treat liver and gallbladder diseases.This paper conducted a systematic summary of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii)firstly.Then the similarities and differences of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine in basic theory,pharmaco⁃logical properties,formulation and preparation were compared.Based on the core content“five elements”of quality markers,the application methods of quality markers in Tibetan medicine was proposed.Finally,the quality markers of Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii)were predicted and analyzed in combination with the research on the traditional efficacy,traditional medicine properties,source pathway and measurability of Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii),it was predicted that gentiopicrin,swertiamarin,swertiama⁃rin,mangiferin and oleanolic acid can be used as candidate quality markers of Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii).This paper can provide a basis for the quality evaluation and control of Zangyinchen(Swertia mussotii)and a reference for the application of qual⁃ity marker theory in Tibetan medicine.
