基于“异病同治”理论探讨“从脾论治”在糖尿病及高血压病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：“异病同治”是中医诊疗特色辨证论治的具体体现,指对病机大致相同的不同疾病采用相同的治法,临床应用疗效显著。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源。脾失健运是多种疾病的病理基础。前期研究发现高血压病及糖尿病的发生发展与脾密切相关,从脾论治高血压病及糖尿病临床效果显著,因此认为“异病同治”理论是“从脾论治”高血压病及糖尿病的理论基础。“Treating different diseases with same methods”is the specific embodiment of TCM diagnosis and treatment,which means different disease with the same pathogenesis can be treated by the same therapy,and achieves significant clinical curative effect.Spleen,one of the five-Zang organs,is the foundation of acquired constitution,and the source of Qi and blood.Dysfunction of spleen in transportation is the pathological basis for various diseases.Previous research has found that the attack and development of hypertension and diabetes have close relation with the spleen and there is significant clinical curative effect.Therefore,the theory of treating different diseases with same methods is the theoretical basis of treating hypertension and diabetes from spleen.
