汉代游徼与亭长关系考论

摘　　要：汉代游缴与亭长都是维护地方社会治安的下级官吏,两者在具体职务上相互配合、关系密切,且在秩级上也有区别,但两者并非隶属关系,在具体职务上的配合也要区分案件性质。同时,两者在具体职能上也有差异,亭长拥有固定辖区,游缴更重巡查乡里。两者都直接对县廷负责,皆隶属功曹。研究表明,二者虽无隶属关系,但游徼对亭长具有监察职能。In the Han Dynasty,both the village constable and the security officer were low-ranking officials who maintained the local public order.They were closely related to and collaborated with each other in their specific positions,and there were also differences in the rank level.Nevertheless,there was not a subordinate relationship between the two,and cooperation in specific duties should also be based on the nature of the case.At the same time,there are also distinct differences in specific functions between the two.There was a fixed area under the security officer’s jurisdiction,while the village constable paid more attention to patrolling the countryside,both of whom were directly responsible to the county court,subordinating to Gong Cao.Studies have shown that although there was no subordinate relationship between the two,the village constable exerted supervisory functions over the security officer.
