摘  要:复合材料热压罐成型过程中,预浸料的层间滑移性能是影响带曲率构件成型质量的一项重要指标。利用自行设计的测试装置探究了两种不同型号碳纤维/环氧树脂预浸料在不同温度、不同压强及连续升温滑移下的层间滑移行为。结果表明:温度是影响预浸料层间滑移行为的重要因素,温度的改变使树脂黏度产生变化,同时改变了树脂在预浸料表面的分布,导致层间滑移阻力发生变化;预浸料层间滑移阻力随压强的增加而增大,600 kPa压强下预浸料的树脂层仍能起到润滑作用,摩擦机制不发生改变;两种预浸料层间滑移行为随温度升高变化趋势不同,Cycom970和国产预浸料分别在65℃左右、145℃左右时被加压可使预浸料层受到较小的滑移阻力。In the process of composite autoclave forming,the interlayer slip of prepreg is an important index which affects the forming quality of the curvature component.The interlayer slip behavior of two different types of carbon fiber/epoxy resin prepregs under different temperature,pressure and continuous tempera⁃ture rise was investigated by using a self-designed test device.The results show that temperature is an im⁃portant factor affecting the interlayer slip behavior of prepreg.The change of temperature changes the vis⁃cosity of resin and the distribution of resin on the surface of prepreg,leading to the change of interlayer slip resistance.The interlayer slip resistance between the prepregs increases with the increase of pressure.The resin layer of the prepregs can still play a lubricating role at 600 kPa pressure,and the friction mechanism does not change.The interlayer slip behavior of the two prepregs varies with the increase of temperature.When Cycom970 and domestic prepregs are pressurized at about 65℃and 145℃respectively,the prepreg layer is subjected to less slip resistance.
