摘　　要：目的 检索、筛选并汇总成人脑卒中患者久坐行为(SB)管理的最佳证据。方法 依据“6S”金字塔证据资源模型,系统检索、筛选国内外中英文数据库中有关成人脑卒中患者SB管理的高级别证据,包括临床决策、推荐实践、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价、随机对照实验,检索时限为建库至2022年12月30日,对文献进行独立质量评价,并对提取整合的证据进行等级划分。结果 共纳入15篇文献,其中包括1篇临床决策、4篇指南、1篇推荐实践、2篇专家共识、4篇系统评价、3篇随机对照实验,从目标设定、多学科团队协作、干预时机、SB监测、SB提示、运动锻炼、健康教育及随访7个维度汇总22条证据。结论 形成的脑卒中患者的SB管理的证据总结较为系统、完善,以期为制定科学、规范的脑卒中患者SB管理方案提供循证依据,有利于改善患者预后。Objective To retrieve,screen,and summarize the best evidence on the management of sedentary behaviour(SB)in adult stroke patients,and to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice.Methods Based on the"6S"pyramid evidence resource model,high-level evidence on the management of SB in adult stroke patients was systematically searched and screened in Chinese and English databases at home and abroad,including clinical decision-making,recommended practices,guidelines,evidence summaries,expert consensus,systematic reviews,and randomized controlled trials.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 30,2022.The quality of literature was independently assessed and the extracted and integrated evidence was graded.Results A total of 15 papers were included,including 1 clinical decision,4 guidelines,1 recommended practice,2 expert consensuses,4 systematic reviews,and 3 randomized controlled trials,and 22 pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 dimensions:goal setting,multidisciplinary teamwork,timing of intervention,SB monitoring,SB prompts,exercise and movement,health education,and follow-up.Conclusion The evidence summary of SB management in stroke patients is systematic and perfect,which is expected to provide an evidence-based basis for the development of a scientific and standardized SB management program for stroke patients,which is conducive to the improvement of patient prognosis.
