中国政府投资基金研究的系统性回顾及展望——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化分析

摘　　要：政府投资基金作为政府与市场力量结合投资的重要手段,起到促进重点领域发展和支持市场经济薄弱环节的作用。本文选取中国知网CNKI数据库中2000—2022年发表的政府投资基金主题CSSCI来源文献783篇,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量研究,以可视化图谱形式展现我国政府投资基金发展的整体脉络。结果表明,随着时间的推移,政府投资基金研究领域内形成了作者、机构合作网络;在研究内容上,形成了产业基金、创业投资基金、引导基金、风险投资、科技创新、中小企业等研究主题;分析政府投资基金研究趋势发现,创业投资和企业创新是可能延续的研究进路。本文认为,后续应关注政府投资基金社会效应的发挥,研究政府投资基金的设立运行如何实现理性回归。Government investment funds,as an important means of combining government and market forces for investment,play a role in promoting the development of key areas and supporting weak links in the market economy.This paper selects 783 CSSCI-source documents on the theme of government investment funds published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2000 to 2022.It utilizes CiteSpace software for bibliometric analysis,presenting the overall development of government investment funds in China in the form of a visualized map.The results show that over time,a cooperative network of authors and institutions has been formed in the fi eld of government investment fund research.In terms of research content,various themes such as industry funds,venture capital funds,guidance funds,risk investment,technological innovation,and small and medium-sized enterprises have come into being.Analyzing the research trends in government investment funds,it is observed that themes related to venture investment and corporate innovation may continue to be the focus of research.The paper suggests that future research should focus on the social impact of government investment funds and explore how the establishment and operation of these funds can achieve rational regression.
