摘　　要：雄激素性秃发(AGA)是皮肤科的常见难治性损容性疾病,好发于青春期和青春期后,影响自身形象和生活质量并诱导精神疾病的发生,临床多使用药物、低能量激光、自体富血小板血浆注射、毛发移植等进行治疗,有一定疗效,但存在停药后复发、局部刺激、手术创伤等不良反应。穴位埋线作为一种新型针灸疗法,近年来在AGA的治疗中得到逐步应用,弥补上述疗法的不足。因此,本文对近10年穴位埋线治疗AGA的中医理论基础、机制探讨、临床研究三个方面进行综述,以期为AGA的治疗提供临床参考。Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is a common refractory and disfigurement disease in dermatology.It often occurs in adolescence and beyond,affects patient s image and quality of life and may induce the occurrence of mental illness.Drug therapy,low level laser therapy,injection of autologous platelet rich plasma,hair transplantation and other treatments are often used in clinical practice.These treatments have a certain effect,but there are adverse reactions such as recurrence after drug withdrawal,local stimulation,and surgical trauma.As a new type of acupuncture therapy,acupoint catgut embedding has been gradually applied in the treatment of AGA in recent years to make up for the shortcomings of the above therapy.This article reviews the theoretical basis,mechanism discussion and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AGA in the past 10 years,in order to provide clinical reference for the treatment of AGA.
