摘 要:随着癌症发病率的逐年上升,使用单一化疗药物治疗癌症易产生多药耐药性,联合用药可以在临床治疗中发挥优势。姜黄素是从活血化瘀中药姜黄中提取的亲脂性多酚类物质,具有广泛的药理活性。因与其他化疗药物联合使用可以发挥协同抗癌作用,克服多药耐药,已成为医学领域研究的热点。本文在姜黄素抗癌作用及常用纳米递药系统基础上,重点综述姜黄素与化疗药物合用的协同纳米递药系统,为抗肿瘤药物的高效递送提供参考。As the incidence of cancer is increasing year by year,the use of a single chemotherapeutic drug in the treatment of cancer is prone to multidrug resistance.Therefore,and drug combinations therapy can play a greater advantage in clinical treatment.Curcumin is a lipophilic polyphenolic extracted from Curcuma longa L.,a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It has wide range of pharmacological activities.It can be used in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs to exert synergistic anti-cancer effects and overcome multidrug resistance,which has become a research hotspot in the medical field.Based on the anti-cancer effects of curcumin and nanodrug delivery systems,this work focuses on the synergistic nanodrug delivery system of curcumin combined with chemotherapeutic drugs,so as to provide a reference for the efficient delivery of anti-tumour drugs.
