摘　　要：随着国土空间规划体系顶层设计和陆海统筹的国土空间总体规划“一张图”的基本完成,国土空间规划进入面向实施和空间治理的详细规划阶段,国土空间规划陆海统筹仍面临一些现实问题。从现实问题分析和国土空间规划陆海统筹的核心任务入手,从面向实施的国土空间规划陆海统筹技术框架和面向陆海一体化治理的陆海综合管理两个方面提出应对策略,为国土空间规划陆海统筹的落地实施提供参考。With the completion of the top-level design and the establishment of the"one map"for land-sea coordination,territorial space planning has transitioned into the stage of detailed implementation and spatial governance.However,certain practical issues in land-sea coordination persist.Through an analysis of these problems and the core objectives of land-sea coordination,corresponding strategies are proposed from two perspectives:the implementation-oriented technical framework of land-sea coordination approaches and comprehensive management for land-sea integrated governance.These strategies offer guidance for the practical implementation of territorial space planning and land-sea coordination.
