时域性规划下的天津鞍山道片区存量更新方法探索

摘　　要：历史街区是城市精神的重要空间载体,其往往面临空间局促、传统文化流失等问题,导致城市历史的当代表达模糊不清,城市精神消逝。遵循以人民为中心的设计原则,结合天津的城市精神,从时间原点、时空通道、时域切片、时域穿梭等4个环节着手探索时域性规划下的历史街区存量更新方法,并将该方法引入天津鞍山道片区更新实践,针对其商业低端无活力、文化节点分散、人居环境品质失衡等问题,提出了应对策略,以期为我国城市更新转型发展提供新的思路和借鉴。Historical districts are important spatial carriers of urban spirit,but in the process of urban renewal they often encounter critical problems such as spatial constraints and cultural faults,which lead to the blurring of the contemporary expression of urban history and the dissipation of urban spirit.Following the people-centered design principle and the urban spirit of Tianjin,a built-up area renewal method of historical district with time-domain planning is established from 4 aspects:time origin,space-time channel,time domain slice,time domain shuttle.The method is introduced in the practice of Anshan Road area renewal in Tianjian city.Correspondent strategies are put forward to solve the problems of low end commerce,scattered cultural nodes,and imbalanced living environment,with a view to providing new ideas and reference for the transformation and development of China's urban renewal.
