摘　　要：重点聚焦产业门类传统、没有创新策源、缺少资源扶持的创新要素短缺型工业区,在分析其特点和发展困境的基础上,从产业引导、设施配套、更新模式等3个方面提出城市更新路径,并以成都市青白江区中试产业基地为例,提出在产业引导方面,通过打造优势产业链的定制化中试空间激活创新动力;在设施配套方面,通过构建4大类支撑要素清单推动创新要素集聚,构建“中试创新生态”;在更新模式方面,结合既有企业生产情况和建筑质量等,划定更新单元并匹配可操作的更新模式。Traditional industrial districts lack innovative resources or elements,and their urban renewal shall be carried out from industrial guidance,infrastructural configuration,and renovation model.With pilot industrial base of Qingbaijiang district in Chengdu as an example,urban renewal path is proposed in three aspects:in industrial guidance,customized space for advantageous industrial chain shall be built to motivate the innovation forces;in infrastructural configuration,four kinds of supportive elements shall be established to promote the concentration of innovative elements;in renovation model,the renovation units are divided with operative models in consideration with existing enterprises and architectural quality.
