摘 要:儿童感觉统合失调检出率在众多研究中存在分歧,无法给儿童保健与教育工作提供充分的证据支持。为探明儿童感觉统合失调检出率的总体情况及其影响因素,对我国内地地区1995—2022年总计67篇文献进行元分析。结果显示:儿童感觉统合失调检出率为32%;性别、年龄、母亲文化水平、成绩水平以及行为问题对儿童感觉统合失调检出率的调节作用显著;出版年份与户籍对儿童感觉统合失调检出率的调节作用不显著。总之,内地地区儿童感觉统合失调检出率高于国外和我国台湾地区。未来应开发适合内地儿童发展特点的感觉统合评估工具,明确检出标准,慎重解释检出结果,为儿童感觉统合失调的预防与干预提供支持。The detection rate of sensory integration disorders in children is different in many studies,which can not provide sufficient evidence for children’s health care and education.In order to identify the overall situation of detection rate of sensory integration disorders in children and its influencing factors,a total of 67 literatures from 1995 to 2022 in Chinese mainland were meta-analyzed.The results show that the detection rate of sensory integration disorders in children is 32%;gender,age,mother’s literacy level,achievement level,and behavioral problems moderate significantly the detection rate of sensory integration disorders in children;the moderating effect of year of publication and place of domicile on the detection rate of sensory integration disorders in children are not significant.In the future,it should develop a sensory integration assessment tool that is suitable for the developmental characteristics of children in Chinese mainland,clarify the detection criteria,and interpret the results carefully,so as to provide support for the prevention and intervention of sensory integration disorders in children.
