汽提装置污水罐尾气治理方案研究

摘　　要：部分炼厂存在酸性水汽提装置含硫污水罐罐顶废气的恶臭影响周边环境的情况,罐顶废气的主要成分为烃类、H_(2)S、NH_(3)、COS等。文章提出了“罐区微正压密闭+脱臭反应器脱臭+脱液罐脱液+低压瓦斯管网回收”的治理方案并予以实施,使含硫污水罐尾气隐患得到排除。In some refineries,the foul smell of the sulfur-containing sewage tank top exhaust gas of the acid water stripping device affects the surrounding environment,and the main components of the tank top exhaust gas are hydrocarbons,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,carbonyl sulfur,etc.In this paper,the technical scheme of“micro-positive pressure sealing of tank farm+deodorization reactor deodorization+dehydration tank dehydration+low-pressure gas pipe network recovery”is proposed for the exhaust gas of the sulfur-containing sewage stripping unit of a refinery,so that the hidden danger of the sulfur-containing sewage tank exhaust gas can be eliminated.
