摘  要:对某大口径火炬气管道在役焊接工艺的安全性进行了分析。结果表明:在役焊接过程中,火炬气管道的未穿透壁厚为6.45~11.00 mm,不会发生直接烧穿;管道运行压力为0.07 MPa,小于允许的最小可焊接压力1.37 MPa,不会发生失稳烧穿;管道内高含量的氢不会使焊缝产生氢致开裂,表明该火炬气管道在役焊接工艺满足安全性要求。The security of an in-service welding process for a large diameter flare gas pipeline was analyzed,with the results as follows:during the in-service welding process,the non-through thickness of the non-stop flare gas pipeline is maintained within 6.45~11.00 mm,direct burn-through never occur;the operating pressure of the pipeline 0.07 MPa is less than the allowable minimum weldable pressure of 1.37 MPa,and burn-through due to losing temperature never occur;and the high concentration hydrogen in the pipeline doesn’t cause hydrogen induced cracking of the weld.The analysis concluded that the in-service welding process of the flare gas pipeline meets the in-service welding safety requirements.
