摘 要:通过数理统计法和对比分析法对2021年全国田径冠军赛女子100 m决赛中运动员的途中跑关键技术进行统计与分析,并与2017年世锦赛前7名选手进行比较.结果表明,我国女子100 m运动员与世界优秀运动员的技术水平还存在一定差距:一是百米全程速度分配不合理,加速度过快,导致后程无法保持最大速度;二是存在牺牲步频换取步长的现象;三是虽然在以伸髋肌群和踝屈肌群为驱动力的跑步模式中,加强了伸髋肌群,但是踝屈肌群能力未达到世界优秀运动员水平.Through the methods of mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the key techniques of the athletes’mid-run in the women’s 100 m final in 2021 National Athletics Championships are counted and analyzed,and compared with the top seven players in the 17th World Championships.The results show that firstly the speed distribution of the whole 100 meters is unreasonable,and the acceleration is too fast,so that the maximum speed cannot be maintained in the later journey,secondly,there is a phenomenon of sacrificing step frequency in exchange for step length,thirdly,in the running mode driven by the extensive hip muscle group and the ankle flexor group,the extensive hip muscle group has been strengthened,but the ability of the ankle flexor group has not reached the level of the world’s outstanding athletes,which is still a certain difference in technical level comparaed to world-class athletes.
