摘　　要：目的:评价推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童便秘的疗效。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和中国期刊全文数据库等数据库有关推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童便秘疗效的文献。采用RevMan 5.3软件对各文献临床疗效、排便时间、排便困难程度等进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入16篇RCT文献,1 582例患者。Meta分析显示:推拿联合穴位贴敷用于治疗儿童便秘有效[OR=6.20,95%CI(4.36,8.82)],可改善排便时间[SMD=-3.74,95%CI(-5.87,-1.61)]、粪便性状[SMD=-2.46,95%CI(-4.25,-0.66)]及排便不尽[SMD=-2.84,95%CI(-4.51,-1.18)]。结论:推拿联合穴位贴敷可用于儿童便秘的治疗。Objective:TTo evaluate the efficacy of massage combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of constipation in children.Methods:PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database and Chinese Journal Full-text Database were searched by computer for literature on the efficacy of massage combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of children with constipation.RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct a Meta-analysis on the clinical efficacy,defecation time,and degree of defecation difficulty in each literature.Results:A total of 16 RCTs with 1582 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that massage combined with acupoint sticking was effective in treating constipation in children[OR=6.20,95%CI(4.36,8.82)]and could improve defecation time[SMD=-3.74,95%CI(-5.87,-1.61)],stool traits[SMD=-2.46,95%CI(-4.25,-0.66)]and defecation[SMD=-2.84,95%CI(-4.51,-1.18)].Conclusion:Massage combined with acupoint sticking can be used for the treatment of constipation in children.
