摘 要:目的:比较正向和侧向的快速伸缩复合训练对青少年女子运动员灵敏素质影响的差别。方法:以30名蚌埠四中女子橄榄球运动员为实验对象,分为正向组(身体正面朝前)、侧向组(身体侧面朝前)和对照组(杠铃和器械进行的专项力量训练);严格把控训练过程,进行8周的实验研究,对灵敏素质的评定指标进行实验前后测试。结果:快速伸缩复合训练对青少年女子橄榄球运动员灵敏素质提高效果显著,正向组和侧向组相比较,仅在某些测试成绩提高的幅度上有微小的区别,不存在统计学差异。结论:不同方向快速伸缩复合训练与专项力量训练都能提高灵敏素质;训练实践中可以变换训练形式,提高训练质量。In order to compare the difference between the forward and lateral plyometric training in the effect of young female athletes agility,30 female rugby players from Bengbu No.4 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects and were divided into forward group(body facing forward),lateral group(body facing lateral)and control group(special strength training with barbells and instruments).After 8 weeks of strictly controlled experiments,the sensitivity before and after the experiment was tested.The results show that rapid stretching and compound training has a significant effect on improving the agility of young female rugby players.Comparison between forward group and lateral group indicates that there is only a slight difference in the magnitude of improvement in certain test scores,and this is of no statistical significance.Conclusion:Both rapid stretching and composite training in different directions and specialized strength training can improve agility;In training practice,the form of training can be changed to improve the quality of training.
