摘 要:本文对盘扣式支架在高大模板支撑体系中的应用进行了深入研究,详细探讨了其施工工艺、优势及效果。通过其在重庆地铁金鳌寺车辆段运用库高支模中的运用实践,对其运用技术和加固安全措施进行了探索和总结。实践表明,盘扣式支架具有较高的稳定性和安全性,能够显著提升高大模板支撑体系的承载能力。同时,其简单易行的安装和拆卸方式大大缩短了施工周期,提高了施工效率。因此,盘扣式支架在高大模板支撑体系中具有广泛的应用前景。This article conducts in-depth research on the application of buckle type brackets in tall formwork support systems,and explores in detail their construction technology,advantages,and effects.Through its practical application in the high support formwork of the Jinaosi Depot of Chongqing Metro,this paper explores and summarizes its application technology and reinforcement safety measures.Practice has shown that the buckle type bracket has high stability and safety,and can significantly improve the bearing capacity of tall formwork support systems.Meanwhile,its simple and easy installation and disassembly method greatly shortens the construction period and improves construction efficiency.Therefore,the buckle type bracket has a wide range of application prospects in tall formwork support systems.
