摘 要:根据加速温差循环理论,简化了温度循环模型,以国内某大温差地区为典型气候案例进行分析,精确计算了加速循环试验方案的加速效率。以天然橡胶支座LNR500-II、铅芯橡胶支座LRB500-II、高阻尼橡胶支座HDR(I)-D420×187为研究对象开展试验室模拟温差循环试验,并对其力学性能进行测量分析。在此基础上,将试验前后的橡胶支座用于某连续梁桥建模,结果表明其减隔震性能也随支座劣化发生改变。对3种橡胶支座的试验以及市级建模分析分析表明,天然橡胶支座对力学性能变化幅度较小;铅芯橡胶支座表现出竖向压缩刚度、等效水平刚度降低,支座耗能能力变差的规律;高阻尼橡胶支座则表现出竖向压缩刚度、等效水平刚度升高,支座耗能能力变差的规律。According to the accelerated temperature difference cycle theory,the temperature cycle model is simplified,a typical climate case in a large temperature difference area in China is analyzed,and the acceleration efficiency of the accelerated cycle test scheme is accurately calculated.The natural rubber bearing LNR500-II,the lead core rubber support LRB500-II,and the high damping rubber support HDR(I)-D420×187 are used as the research objects to carry out the laboratory simulation temperature difference cycle test,and the mechanical properties are measured and analyzed.On this basis,the rubber support before and after the test is used for the modeling of a continuous beam bridge,and the results show that its seismic isolation performance also changes with the deterioration of the support.The test of three rubber bearings and the city-level modeling analysis shows that the mechanical properties of the natural rubber support pairs change little.The lead-core rubber support exhibits the law of decreasing vertical compression stiffness,equivalent horizontal stiffness,and deteriorating energy dissipation capacity of the support.The high-damping rubber support shows the law that the vertical compression stiffness and equivalent horizontal stiffness increase,and the energy dissipation capacity of the support deteriorates.
