摘 要:针对目前四川省减震设计中时程分析结果离散性较大的问题,在对《四川省建筑消能减震技术标准》编制过程中,建议设置一组具有地方区域特性的天然地震动加速度时程记录,将其作为设计人员设计完成后进行结果验算校核的地震动输入,以降低减震结构设计中人为选择地震动的随意性,提高地方减震标准执行的实际价值。文章对比了国家规范选波和全频段选波的方法,从PEER地震数据库按相同的减震设计目标选取地震动,并利用全频段选波的方法从中国地震局的四川地区地震动记录库筛选地震动,把三类地震动输入相同的减震结构进行时程分析。对比结构响应及其变异系数(Cv),结果表明:四川组地震动时程输入下结构层间位移角离散性较小,结构响应稳定,所选择的四川地震动时程集可作为四川省减震设计验算参考波库。In view of the discrete time-history analysis results in current design for energy dissipation structures,in the process of revising the"Technical specification for energy dissipation of building in Sichuan Province",it is suggested to set up a group of ground motions with local regional characteristics.Using this ground motion set as the input,engineers can check the calculation results after completing the design,aiming to reduce the arbitrariness in the ground motion selection for the design of energy dissipation structures in Sichuan Province,and to improve the practical value of the code.In this paper,the national code suggested and full-frequency ground motion selection methods are compared.The ground motions are selected from the PEER ground motion database according to the same energy dissipation design objective.Ground motions are selected from the Sichuan ground motion record database of China Earthquake Administration by using the full-frequency ground motion selection method as well.Three sets of ground motions are adopted as inputs for time-history analyses of the same energy dissipation structures.By comparing the structural responses and their coefficient of variation(Cv),the results show that the discreteness of the inter-story drift is small and the structural response is stable under the set of Sichuan ground motions.The selected set of Sichuan ground motions can be used as the reference ground motion library for timehistory analysis of energy dissipation structures in Sichuan Province.
