冲击荷载作用下CFRP修复加固损伤RC梁动力性能试验研究

摘  要:为研究CFRP修复加固较高损伤程度RC梁的动力性能,对两组试件分别进行了落锤冲击试验和静载对比试验,详细分析了裂缝发展、破坏形态、动态响应和能量耗散。结果表明:静载和冲击荷载下试件的破坏特征存在明显差异,静载试件破坏呈现出典型的弯曲破坏特征,冲击荷载下试件跨中初始裂缝发展为主要破坏裂缝,试件破坏表现为跨中局部破坏,冲击高度越高修复加固梁的抗冲击性能越受局部破坏所控制;试件损伤程度越高,刚度越低,在同等冲击能量下跨中挠度越大,表明试件抗冲击能力随试件损伤程度增大而降低;修复加固梁的冲击力与冲击高度呈现良好的线性关系;CFRP发挥出较好的加固补强作用;修复加固梁的耗能能力优于加固梁,变形耗能与初始动能的比值较加固梁提升了14.12%;随着冲击高度的增加,修复加固梁产生更大的变形来抵御冲击荷载,变形耗能及其与初始能量的比值也随之增大。In order to study the dynamic performance of RC beams with high degree of damage repaired and reinforced by CFRP,drop hammer impact test and static load comparison test are carried out for two groups of specimens,and their crack development,failure modes,dynamic response and energy dissipation are analyzed in detail.The results show that there are obvious differences in failure characteristics between the specimens under static load and impact load,The failure of static load specimens presents typical bending failure characteristics.The development of initial cracks in the middle span of specimens under impact load is the main failure crack.The failure of specimens shows local failure in the middle span.The higher the impact height,the more impact resistance of the repaired and reinforced beams is controlled by local failure.The higher the damage degree,the lower the stiffness and the greater the mid-span deflection at the same impact energy,indicating that the impact resistance of the specimens decreases with the increase of the damage degree of the specimens.The impact force of the repaired and reinforced beams has a good linear relationship with the impact height.CFRP plays a good reinforcing and reinforcing role.The energy consumption of the repaired and reinforced beams is better than that of the reinforced beams,and the ratio of deformation energy consumption to initial kinetic energy is 14.12%higher than that of the reinforced beams.With the increase of impact height,the repaired and reinforced beams will generate more deformation to resist impact load,and the energy consumption of deformation and its ratio to the initial energy will also increase.
