摘 要:6061铝合金汽车保险杠在加工过程中出现拉弯表面橘皮,甚至被“拉裂”。通过金相组织、常温力学性能和拉弯加工等检测方法研究合金成分及挤压工艺对制品组织与拉弯性能的影响。结果表明,合金的显微组织是影响拉弯表面橘皮的主要因素,粗晶粒比细晶粒更容易产生拉弯表面橘皮。通过成分优化、控制挤压速度与出口温度可有效抑制再结晶晶粒长大。The orange peel or crack defects of 6061 aluminum alloy automobile bumper usually appeared during processing.The effects of alloy compositions and extrusion process on the microstructure and stretch bending properties of the products were studied by means of metallographic structure,room temperature mechanical properties and stretch bending processing,etc.The results showed that the microstructure was the main factor affecting orange peel on the stretch bending surface,and the coarse grain was easier to produce orange peel on the stretch bending surface than fine grain.The recrystallized grain growth could be controlled by optimizing composition,controlling extrusion speed and outlet temperature.
