摘 要:利用有限元软件模拟了300M钢的热处理工艺过程,主要是研究工件在保温过程和气淬过程中的温度场、流场、应变场和应力场的变化情况,为工艺试验关键参数的调整和热处理炉的结构优化提供理论支撑。结果表明,气淬冷却时圆棒的直径越大,各部位的温度场、应力场和应变场越不均匀,直径70 mm圆棒的温度场、应力场与应变场变化最大,直径30 mm圆棒的温度场、应力场与应变场则比较均匀,流场结果显示在通风筒处的流速最大。The heat treatment process of 300M steel was simulated using finite element software,mainly to study the changes in temperature field,flow field,stress field and strain field of the workpiece during the insulation and gas quenching process,providing theoretical support for adjusting key parameters in process experiments and optimizing the structure of the heat treatment furnace.The results showed that the larger the diameter of the round rod during gas quenching cooling,the more uneven the temperature,stress and strain fields in various parts.The temperature,stress and strain fields of the round rod with diameter of 70 mm changed the most,while the temperature,stress and strain fields of the round rod with diameter of 70 mm were relatively uniform.The flow field results showed the maximum flow velocity at the ventilation duct.
