摘 要:0Cr18Ni9不锈钢损伤件采用电镀修复、喷涂修复和焊接修复等方式,往往会导致性能大幅度下降。对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢激光增材修复工艺开展研究,力求实现该类材料的快速、高效、高质量修复。通过对试样进行金相组织、力学性能、显微硬度等表征测试,研究了工艺参数对于修复后制件性能的影响规律,实现了对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢损伤件的有效修复,并提高了材料的综合性能。优化后的工艺参数为:线能量输入密度约180 J/mm、激光功率1700~1900 W、扫描速率700~900 mm/min。The 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel damaged parts by electroplating repair,spraying repair,welding repair,and other ways,often lead to a significant decline in performance.To achieve the rapid,efficient,high-quality repair of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel,the laser reinforcement repair process was carried out.Based on the microstructure,mechanical properties and microhardness of the samples,the effect of process parameters on the properties of the repaired parts were analyzed accurately.The effective repair of the damaged parts of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel was obtained,with the enhancement of the properties.The optimum parameters were obtained that the line energy input density was about 180 J/mm,the laser power was 1700 to 1900 W and the scanning rate was 700 to 900 mm/min.
