摘　　要：螺栓是作紧固连接两个带通孔的被连接零件、构件之用。为了避免40CrNiMoA高强度螺栓在锻造成型过程中出现锻件断裂问题,通过对断裂螺栓进行分析和探究试验,明确了锻造成型断裂的原因;并通过正交试验进行分析验证,辅助模拟试验方法,确定了不同规格螺栓的加热参数。将准确的加热参数应用于生产过程中,高强度螺栓质量问题得以解决。The bolt is used to fasten and connect two connected parts and components with through holes.In order to avoid the problem of forging fracture of 40CrNiMoA high strength bolt during the forging forming process,the causes of forging fracture were identified through inspection,analysis and exploratory testing of fractured bolts.Orthogonal experiments were conducted to analyze and verify the results,and simulation testing methods were used to determine the heating parameters of bolts with different specifications.The quality problem of high strength bolts can be solved through applying accurate heating parameters to the production process.
