摘  要:采用ACS微型计算机系统对12台可控气氛转炉冷却温度进行自动控制,对其原理、机构及生产运行结果进行分析。通过对零件冷却过程中淬火介质温度进行合理的监控,保证了高的热处理控制精度和工艺重复性。通过对热交换能的理论计算、整个系统的设计和冷却介质的过滤,提高产品的生产效率。该群控循环冷却系统能够提高可控气氛转炉设备使用寿命以及产品加工质量、减少成本以及环境污染。The ACS microcomputer system was used to automatically control the cooling temperature of 12 controlled atmosphere converters,the principle,mechanism and production operation results were analyzed.The temperature of the quenching medium during the cooling process of the parts was reasonably monitored,high heat treatment control precision and process repeatability were ensured.By theoretical calculation of heat exchange energy,design of the whole system and filtration of cooling medium,the production efficiency of products could be improved.The group controlled circulating cooling system can improve the service life of controllable atmosphere converter equipment,improve product processing quality,reduce cost and reduce environmental pollution.
