摘　　要：目前,常规大修打捞工具在水平井斜井段和水平段不能有效发挥作用,传递扭矩困难,打捞工具无法顺利入鱼,造成打捞失败,同时还存在安全作业风险。对此,研制设计水平井管类落物打捞工具,具体包括水平井防胀破滑块捞矛和水平井偏磨油管防缩径偏心卡瓦打捞筒。对这两个水平井管类落物打捞工具的结构进行了介绍,对其工作原理和特点进行了分析,并给出了技术参数。应用水平井管类落物打捞工具,可以大幅度提升入鱼率和打捞成功率。At present,conventional overhaul and salvage tool cannot play an effective role in the inclined well section and horizontal section of horizontal well,the transmission torque is difficult,and the falling material cannot enter the salvage tool smoothly,resulting in salvage failure,and there is also safety operation risk.In this regard,the horizontal well pipe falling material salvage tools were developed and designed,including horizontal well anti-expansion and breaking slider spear and horizontal well partial grinding oil pipe anti-shrinkage eccentric kava salvage cylinder.The structures of these two horizontal well pipe falling material salvage tools were introduced,their working principles and characteristics were analyzed,and the technical parameters were given.The application of horizontal well pipe falling material salvage tool can greatly improve the falling material entry rate and salvage success rate.
