摘　　要：铁路轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承。通过理论计算,对比传统圆柱滚子轴承与铁路轴承的使用寿命。在此基础上,将铁路轴承应用于游梁式抽油机,在不改变整体结构的情况下,有效提高游梁式抽油机的运行安全性和可靠性,延长游梁式抽油机的使用寿命,减少因轴承损坏造成的停机事故。Railway bearing is double row tapered roller bearing.Through theoretical calculation,the service lifes of traditional cylindrical roller bearing and railway bearing were compared.On this basis,the railway bearing was applied to the beam pumping machine,which effectively improved the operational safety and reliability of the beam pumping machine without changing the overall structure,prolonged the service life of the beam pumping machine,and reduced the downtime accident caused by bearing damage.
