摘 要:以立式加工中心的关键部件主轴箱为研究对象,应用ANSYS有限元软件,根据实际工况进行静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,并通过振动测试验证分析的准确性。基于灵敏度分析与最佳填充空间方法,对主轴箱进行优化设计。通过灵敏度分析,确定对主轴箱性能影响较大的关键尺寸,并基于响应面模型对主轴箱进行多目标优化。优化设计后主轴箱质量减小,动态性能提升。Taking the headstock-the key component of vertical machining center as the research object,ANSYS finite element software was used to carry out static analysis,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis according to actual working condition,and verify the accuracy of the analysis through vibration test.Based on sensitivity analysis and optimal space flling method,the optimization design of the headstock was carried out.Through sensitivity analysis,the key dimension that has a great influence on the performance of the headstock was determined,and the headstock was optimized for multiple objectives based on the response surface model.After the optimization design,the mass of the headstock was reduced and the dynamic performance was improved.
