摘  要:某型发动机在试车过程中,多次出现燃油流量调节器调整钉热态卡滞故障。对调整钉结构进行分析,对试车过程进行检查,并建立调整钉热态卡滞故障树。通过故障树分析,得出调整钉热态卡滞故障的原因是加工导致齿变形,引起齿粗糙度过大,使带齿零件在使用过程中出现咬合。针对故障原因,提出纠正措施,并对纠正措施进行了验证。During the test run-up of a certain type of engine,the hot state stuck failure of adjustment nail of fuel flow regulator occurs many times.The structure of the adjustment nail was analyzed,the commissioning process was checked,and the hot state stuck fault tree of the adjustment nail was established.Through the fault tree analysis,it was concluded that the cause of the hot state stuck faiure of the adjustment nail is the tooth deformation caused by processing,which causes the tooth roughness to be too large,and the toothed parts have bite during use.The corrective action was proposed for the cause of the failure,and the corrective action was verified.
