摘 要:目的 采用离子色谱检测技术,建立丙烯腈职业接触人群尿中硫氰酸根的检测方法。方法 尿样用去离子水稀释后离心;经固相萃取(ODS-C_(18))净化,由lonPac AS16(250 mm×4 mm)柱分离,淋洗液浓度为35 mmol/L;等度洗脱;抑制电流87 mA;进样体积25μl,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。结果 该方法线性范围在0.31~100.00μg/ml,相关系数r≥0.999,方法检出限为0.09μg/ml(以取1.00 ml尿样计算),方法定量限为0.31μg/ml(以取1.00 ml尿样计算)。加标回收率在98.40%~102.00%之间,批内精密度为0.37%~3.36%,批间精密度为0.70%~3.14%。结论 该方法可靠、稳定、操作简单,分析时间短、成本较低,对环境友好,适用于对丙烯氰职业接触人群尿中硫氰酸根的检测。Objective To establish the method for the detection of thiocyanate in the urine of people with occupational exposure to acrylonitrile by using the technology of ion chromatography detection.Methods Urine samples were diluted with deionized water, centrifuged, purified by solid phase extraction(ODS-C_(18)), separated by a lonPac AS16(250 mm × 4 mm) column with an eluent concentration of 35 mmol/L,isocratic eluted with inhibition Current 87 mA,injected 25 μl samples,detected by electrolytic conductivity detector, and quantified by external standard detection. Results The method of the linear range was 0.31~100 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient was r≥0.999, the detection limit was 0.09 μg/ml(calculated based on 1.00 ml urine sample),and the quantitative limit was 0.31 μg/ml(based on Take 1.00 ml urine sample for calculation). The average spiked recoveries of the three concentrations ranged from 98.40% to 102.00%,the intra-assay precision was form 0.37% to 3.36%, and the inter-assay precision was from 0.70% to 3.14%. Conclusions The method was applicable to detections of thiocyanate in the urine of people with occupational exposure to acrylonitrile because of reliable, stable, easy to operate, environmentally friendly, short analysis time,low cost,and so on.
